Inventory rack of stocked tops

During the summer of 2009, we saw a unit of narrow Maple rippings and started wondering if we could size those and make maple table tops. After some research, we figured that we could not only use up the material we already had, but what about some other species?

Well, the result is something you can take advantage of. Compton Lumber is now Stocking 1-1/2” thick laminated tops that can be used for table tops, cutting boards, counter tops, workbench top or any other use you can think of.

We currently stock Cherry, Maple, Red Oak, Poplar and Walnut. All of these tops come in 25”width And we inventory some of them in 36” widths. The lengths range from 36” to 120” but we don’t carry Every length and every width in all species.

The guys in the shop thought it would be fun to make a couple of "combo" tops from a couple of different species. While these tops are available for sale, this is something that will be done on a sporadic basis. So if you see one of the combo tops you like, you'd better grab it up because, just like Costco, it might not be around next time your in!

Custom tops? If you have a custom layup that you would like to have done or a special top made, ask us We might be able to run it with our standard lamination run and you would have your own custom made top.
